The sun finally came out for us this May Bank Holiday weekend, and what a better way to spend Bank Holiday Monday then a visit to Leahy’s Open Farm.
A couple of weeks back we were kindly sent/gifted a Bubblebum Booster Seat for Noah to try.
Due to his syndrome Noah is very small for his age, so I was interested to see if I could use the Bubblebum in different situations.
The reason being?
The Bubblebum is inflated using air i.e you blow the booster seat up like a balloon, so this means that once deflated it is very portable, not to mention the fact it comes with its very own stretchy carry bag (I was nearly as impressed with the carry bag as the seat).Read More »

One of the things I find most daunting about Noah being in a wheelchair is using public transport.
Don’t get me wrong this doesn’t put me off, and I have used public transport both here and abroad albeit sometimes its been more hassle than it has been worth.

Shortly after Noah was born, I developed severe depression and anxiety, but if I’m being honest I was always one of those people who thought far too much about things and I’m fierce pessimistic.
There really is no polite way of saying it, but, anxiety is a bitch.
